Christina M. Mayer is a partner at the general practice law firm of Christina M Mayer Law Firm. She appears in courts throughout Wisconsin but primarily covers the Western Wisconsin counties of Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, Sawyer, St. Croix, Trempealeau and Washburn.

 

Christina handles all types of general litigation and trial work.  She regularly handles divorce, post-divorce, custody and placement, spousal maintenance, paternity, adoption,

guardianships, grandparent rights, CHIPS, and termination of parental rights matters.  She has extensive experience in guardian ad litem work including working with children, families, the disabled and elderly.  In addition, she is the lead attorney for Pepin County Department of Human Services and the Pepin County Child Support Agency.  Christina has also done municipal work including representing cities, towns and villages in Dunn County.  Further, Christina does wills, estates and business law cases.

 

Christina graduated from Chippewa Falls Senior High School is 1985.  She went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in Political Science and Economics.  Christina attended Oklahoma City University School of Law and received her law degree, cum laude, in 1995.  Christina is a resident of Dunn County and owns a home in Menomonie.  She is currently a member of the Menomonie Sunrise Rotary Club, Try Mediation Board, Free Clinic of the Greater Menomonie Area Board and Boys and Girls Club of Menomonie.
